With 17 years of experience as a business operator, Jared steps into the role of Chief Operations Officer with a focus on strategic growth, process optimization, and long-term scalability. As COO, he partners closely with leadership to explore new markets and identify opportunities for greater efficiency across the firm.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from York College of Pennsylvania. Jared’s expertise lies in aligning vision with execution, and his professional presence is grounded in a strong commitment to both team collaboration and client service.
Originally from New Jersey, Jared now resides in Moon Valley, Phoenix. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, golf, and writing thrillers. A passionate reader and competitor at heart, Jared is driven by a desire to win—and to know he ran a good race along the way.
